Each apartment includes: a living room, sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom, and depending on the chosen apartment, a glazed balcony or a garden with a view of the Karkonosze/Śnieżka mountain range.

Each building is equipped with an elevator. The investor has the option to purchase an outdoor parking space or one in the underground garage, as well as a storage unit.
