§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: https://www.apartamentywkarkonoszach.pl
    and is effective from 26.02.2024.
  2. The data administrator of users is: Apartamenty w Karkonoszach Aleksandra Kusz, ul. Kąpielowa 5B/51, 58-540 Karpacz (hereinafter referred to as "We").

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking actions at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – request to complete a survey or provide answers to several questions concerning the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If a person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after this period information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. contract performance, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.) The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending claims or when data retention is required by tax law.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software and teleinformatics system maintenance companies with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing principles and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies has the right to process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if these companies have access, may be processed solely for the purpose of proper service provision.
