§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: https://www.apartamentywkarkonoszach.pl
    and is effective from 26.02.2024.
  2. The data controller of user data is: Apartamenty w Karkonoszach Aleksandra Kusz, ul. Kąpielowa 5B/51, 58-540 Karpacz (hereinafter referred to as "We").

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – referred to hereinafter as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting completion of a survey or answering a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of giving consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the conditions of the given consent.
  3. If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data are processed until consent is withdrawn; however, information about who, when, and what kind of consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., performance of a contract, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility to establish, pursue, or defend claims or if data retention is required by tax regulations.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and operators maintaining teleinformatics systems, with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies have the right to process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, to the extent the company has access, may be processed solely for the purpose of proper service delivery.
